The City of Joplin is soliciting proposals from experienced vendors for a full-service, cloud based Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and SAAS software solution, excluding Payroll, Timekeeping and Benefits. The scope of functionality for the proposed solution is to include: Talent Acquisition (e.g. Recruiting, Onboarding), Talent Management (e.g. Performance, Training), and other functionality included within the requirements section of this RFP.
