PARKS MASTER PLAN STUDY The City is interested in obtaining the services of a consulting firm to perform a parks and recreation master plan study. The City is interested in a qualified firm capable of taking a creative and innovative approach to reviewing the needs of the community, the possible future options for Joplin’s Parks and Recreation Department, while obtaining open-ended public input about the options. The City is soliciting competitive proposals to perform this study.
