The City of Joplin encourages citizens to serve on its boards and commissions. Citizen participation is an integral part of city government. A complete listing, description and instructions for expressing interest in participation is located in the Boards and Commissions section of this website. If you would like to serve on a board or commission, please call the City Clerk's Office at (417) 624-0820 ext. 220 for an “Expression of Interest Form.”
