What is MAPS?: MAPS (Metro Area Public transit System) is a curb-to-curb, accessible public transportation. MAPS HandiPass Coupon books (ten $1.00 coupons per book) are sold through the City Finance Department, 602 Main Street, the Webb City Municipal Building, 200 S. Main, Webb City, or the Vantage Point at Northpark Mall.
