Concrete work on city rights-of- way (such as sidewalks, curbs and driveway approaches) must be done by a licensed and bonded contractor and requires a permit and inspection. For permit information, contact the Public Works Department at (417) 624-0820 ext. 533. To obtain a license, call the Finance Department at (417) 624-0820 ext. 242.
