Structure Fire, 306 N Pearl, Joplin, Mo.
The Joplin Fire Department responded to a residential structure fire at 306 N Pearl. Time of call was 2226 hours on Monday evening, 15 July. Fire crews arrived on the scene at 2231 hours to find one window blown out with fire in a room on the street side. Fire crews extinguished the fire and pulled the ceiling. Crews remained on scene until 0051 hours Tuesday morning.
6 Joplin Fire units and 18 Joplin Fire personnel responded, along with the JPD, and METS. There were no injuries on the scene. Ownership information was not available at the time of the report.
The cause of the fire was determined to be incendiary.
