[ARCHIVED] Missing man from assisted living found

**UPDATE**
Mr. Hubbard had received a ride from someone to get to this location. Mr. Hubbard was checked by EMS and they transported him to a local hospital to be treated for dehydration. Mr. Hubbard was a 90 year old male.

Missing 89 year old male from Silver Creek Assisted Living

On June 26, 2013 at approximately 11:50 the Joplin Police Department received a call of a missing 89 year old male from the Silver Creek Assisted Living center which is located at 3325 S. Texas Ave. The resident’s name is George Hubbard and he is described as a white male 5’06” 120 and was last seen wearing a blue flannel shirt and brown pants. Mr. Hubbard also walks with a cane.

A command post has been established in the area and Police, Fire, and EMS are in the area searching for the subject. If anyone sees this subject walking in the area please notify the Joplin Police Department at 417-623-3131.
