Joplin / Jasper County Emergency Management, along with the State of Missouri and the National Weather Service, will conduct a Statewide tornado Drill today at 1:30 PM. Sirens will sound for three minutes and a test notification will be sent over NOAA Weather Radios. Please use this as an opportunity to test your own tornado shelter plan.
