SUBJECT:      Structure Fire, 2116 S Connor Ave.

On Saturday, November 07, 2020, at 10:49 PM, the Joplin Fire Department responded to a report of a possible structure fire at 2120 S Connor Ave. The first crew arrived at 10:54 PM to find a single story, wood frame residential structure with heavy fire showing.   Crews attacked the fire, extinguishing it in short order.  Crews remained on scene until 1:08 AM.

The Joplin Fire Department responded with 7 units and 19 personnel. The Fire Department was assisted by METS Ambulance Service and the Joplin Police Department. There were no injuries to civilians or firefighting personnel.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
