Starting at 7 a.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2020 and going through 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2020, city crews will be working on repairing sidewalks at 4th Street and Main Street. Lane closures will be in place on 4th Street between Virginia & Main, impacting west bound traffic, which will be one lane. Also, on Main Street, impacting north bound traffic between 3rd Street and 5th Street, which will be one lane.
There will be daily closures from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. The area will be opened to traffic at 3 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following day.
Drivers are urged to use extreme caution in the area.
Drivers are strongly encouraged to use alternate routes, due to the normally high traffic volumes on 4th Street and Main Street.
