The National Weather Service in Springfield has issued a Freeze Warning, which is in effect from 7 PM this evening to 8 AM CDT Monday.  * TEMPERATURE...Upper 20s to near 30 through the night.  * IMPACTS..The sub-freezing temperatures may damage or kill  sensitive vegetation and crops if precautions are not taken.
