D&E Plumbing Contractors will be closing 18th Street at Massachusetts Avenue beginning at 7:00 a.m. on December 12, 2017. The street will remain closed for three weeks to allow for the installation of a storm water culvert across 18th Street.

A detour will be set up at this location and drivers are encouraged to utilize alternate routes during this period.
