[ARCHIVED] How to Help with Hurricane Sandy

Following the devastation and destruction of Hurricane Sandy on the east coast, several residents and businesses have contacted us, asking how they can help.

The Missouri State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) has notified local emergency responders that citizens may call 2-1-1 here in Missouri if they would like to volunteer or donate resources. Once the call is generated, Missouri 2-1-1 will ask a series of questions and confirm specific States or communities that the caller would like to help financially or by volunteering.

Donations may also be made through the American Red Cross by contacting them at www.redcross.orgor toll free at (866) 206-0256.
