To All:
More happy news from the NWS. For those keeping track, the most recent wave was more to our north as it tracked west to east. I just called the Springfield Office of the NWS and was told that the next wave should include us (Jasper County an d immediate surrounding area).
Totals - up to 4+ inches of rain when this is finally done.
Timing - beginning darkish (meteorological term) tonight.
Please note that some counties to our north have already seen 4+ inches since early this morning. This may result in flash floods for our area, regardless of how much rainfall we actually receive today and Sunday.
