5th Street will be closed from Joplin to Wall Street starting immediately.
Crews hopes to have the street opened by 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2017.

This closure is due to Missouri Gas Energy repairing a gas leak.

Drivers will need to use alternate routes
