[ARCHIVED] Storm Possibilities for Tuesday Evening

To all:
Here is the latest verbiage from the NWS regarding storms for Tuesday:

THUNDERSTORMS WILL THEN DEVELOP ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS LATE
TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING THEN SPREAD EAST ACROSS THE AREA
LATE TUESDAY EVENING INTO WEDNESDAY. THERE IS AN ELEVATED RISK
FOR SEVERE STORMS WITH THIS ACTIVITY TUESDAY NIGHT AND
WEDNESDAY WITH ALL MODES OF SEVERE WEATHER POSSIBLE.

At the moment the most likely location for Tuesday severe weather will be over central/eastern Kansas. So please look at your travel plans accordingly.

THAT SAID: At 1002 this morning the NWS advised that current models indicate a shift to the east to a point closer to the KS/MO border. So….stay tuned to you fav weather source for updated information.
