[ARCHIVED] Weather Late This Afternoon/Early Evening

To All:
Just talked to the NWS. Timing for those of us along and west of I-49 currently looks to be around 4PM to 5PM.
Obviously, if this happens, we will find ourselves in the middle of the evening commute, so please stay aware of the potential for wind and hail.
Here is the latest verbiage:
ANOTHER ROUND OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS EASTERN KANSAS
AND MOVE INTO FAR SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS AND WESTERN MISSOURI LATE
THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. SOME OF THESE STORMS COULD BE SEVERE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS...DAMAGING
WIND GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH...AND POSSIBLY AN ISOLATED TORNADO. THIS
RISK OF SEVERE WEATHER WILL MAINLY IMPACT AREAS ALONG AND WEST OF
THE INTERSTATE 49 CORRIDOR THIS EVENING.
