Structure Fire, 506 N Sergeant, Joplin, Mo.
The Joplin Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at 506 N Sergeant, at 1007 hours Saturday morning. Fire crews arrived on the scene to find a fully involved out-building / garage. Firefighters put out the fire in short order. The house on the property had minimal paint blistering. Both structures were vacant and without electricity.
The last unit cleared the scene at 1236 hours Saturday morning.
The owner of the building is a Mr. Lowe, exact address unavailable at this time.
The structure was a complete loss and remains under investigation.
