Due to a railroad car derailment Illinois Avenue will be closed from 9th Street to 12th Street until approximately 1:00 p.m. MNA railroad is working on the situation and will clear the area as soon as possible

The Street will be closed to thru traffic. Detours will be in place.

Drivers are urged to use extreme caution in this area.
