If looking to go out and celebrate Valentine’s Day, without the kids, the Joplin Parks and Recreation Department is offering a Kids’ Night Out event to help. It will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, February 14 at Joplin Memorial Hall, 212 W. 8 Street, in Joplin.

This event includes a night full of fun games and crafts for children ages 5 to 12. Pizza and snacks will also be provided.

Pre-registration is encouraged. Cost for the program is $15 per child, if registered by Thursday, February 12. Registration is $20 per child after this date.
