Lane Closures will occur on Joplin Avenue at 4th Street starting Thursday, October 30, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Lane closures in this area are due to Missouri American Water making repairs to a water line. Drivers are urged to use extreme caution in this area. We ask that you be aware of large machinery and workers in these areas.

Drivers are asked to use alternates routes if at all possible.
The date of this lane closure may change due to weather conditions.
