On May 30, 2014, Officers with the Joplin Police Department’s Investigations Bureau conducted a prostitution sting at an un-named hotel in Joplin. During this operation the Investigations Bureau arrested two females for prostitution and also arrested nine males for soliciting prostitution. One of the males was also arrested for resisting arrest. Below is a list of names of those that were arrested. All were arrested on misdemeanor charges and were transported to the Joplin City Jail for booking.

Douglas Willette, 46 year old male from Pitts, TX—Arrested for Soliciting Prostitution and Resisting Arrest
Lisa Allison, 36 year old female from Joplin—Arrested for Prostitution
Taylor Spruce, 25 year old male from Wyandotte, OK—Arrested for Soliciting Prostitution
Justin Berberich, 28 year old male from Pittsburg, KS—Arrested for Soliciting Prostitution
