AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an construction agreement with G & G Construction Company Inc., in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($150,850.00) for construction services associated with the Tin Cup Lift Station Rehabilitation project concerning Electrical conduits and piping on behalf of the City of Joplin and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and, containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE  approving a work authorization with Allgeier, Martin and Associates, Inc. in the not to exceed amount of One Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($192,000.00) for the Swede Lane Lift Station Improvements Project; and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin and containing an emergency clause

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an construction agreement with Goins Construction Company Inc., in the amount of Four Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($454,200.00) for construction services associated with the Turkey Creek WWTF Rehabilitation project concerning the Oxidation Ditch rotor replacements on behalf of the City of Joplin and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and, containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving Work Authorization 2 with Alvarez and Marsal Infrastructure and Capital Projects LLP to provide administrative services for developing and implementing broadband and connectivity solutions in the not to exceed amount of Three Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Eight and 00/100 dollars ($358,928.00) and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE    approving a Program Services Contract by and between the State of Missouri, Department of Health and Senior Services, and the City of Joplin, Missouri, for a term commencing October 1, 2022 and running through September 30, 2023, for the amount of up to Thirty Three Thousand, Four Hundred Ninety-Two Dollars and Nineteen Cents ($33,492.19), to enable the Health Department to provide maternal child health services to residents of Joplin, authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin, Missouri; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE    approving a Contract by and between the City of Joplin and Berkley to provide stop loss coverage for the City’s health self-insurance coverage on behalf of the employer, the City of Joplin; authorizing the City Manager to execute said Contract by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.        

AN ORDINANCE approving a Purchase Order to be issued to Superion to cover the annual support payment for the Public Safety and Financial software and related systems as budgeted in the Annual Budget of the City of Joplin for the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 as adopted by Council Bill 2022-534 on October 17, 2022; and containing an emergency clause.
