AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2022-274, passed by the Council of the City of  Joplin, Missouri, August 1, 2022, by removing from District C-1-PD (Neighborhood Commercial Planned Development) and including in District C-O (Neighborhood Office) property as described below and located at 1234 N. Duquesne Rd., City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2022-611

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin, Missouri, to enter into an Agreement with Oakhurst Signs & Graphics, for the purpose of replacing wayfinding signage for the not to exceed price of Thirty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($39,300.00); and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin.

1.

RESOLUTION NO. 2022-016

A RESOLUTION    of the City of Joplin, Missouri, supporting the intent to apply for a Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant for the Landreth and Dover Parks Trail Connector and Underpass and committing to the completion of the project as set forth in the grant requirements, if awarded.

RESOLUTION NO. 2022-017

A RESOLUTION to appoint new temporary members to the Finance Committee and to amend the charge of the Committee to include the review of City finances and recommend a long-term solution for employee compensation and staffing needs.

1.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2022-452

AN ORDINANCE    approving an Agreement by and between the Joplin Humane Society, Inc., and the City of Joplin, Missouri, providing for animal sheltering services for the city animal control program, authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement by and on behalf of the City of Joplin, Missouri; and, containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2022-453

AN ORDINANCE    amending Chapter 18, Animals, of the Joplin City Code by amending certain fees found in Section 18-144; and, containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2022-532

AN ORDINANCE    approving a renewal by and between the City of Joplin and Delta Dental to provide dental insurance coverage for City employees on behalf of the employer, the City of Joplin; authorizing the City Manager to execute said renewal by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2022-533

AN ORDINANCE    amending the Annual Budget of the City of Joplin for the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 as adopted by Ordinance 2021-149 on October 18, 2021, to adjust appropriations and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2022-534

AN ORDINANCE    providing for the Budget of the City of Joplin for the period from November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2023, estimating the revenues for said period and appropriating for the purposes stated the sums set forth therein; and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2022-535

AN ORDINANCE    approving the job description for Park Ranger and the placement of the new position within the Salary Administration Plan for the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2022-536

AN ORDINANCE    adopting a new step pay plan by reference the City Salary Administration Plan; establishing the annual salary of certain Classified and Unclassified positions and Part-Time/Seasonal positions for Fiscal Year 2022-2023; and, containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2022-613

AN ORDINANCE approving the issuance of a Purchase Order to MacQueen Emergency to cover the purchase of two (2) Pierce Velocity replacement fire engines which has been included in the Annual Budget of the City of Joplin for the Fiscal Year 2022-2023, to adjust appropriations and containing an emergency clause.
