AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2004-256, passed by the Council of the City of Joplin, Missouri, November 15, 2004, by removing from District R-1 (Single-family Residential) and including in District R-2 (Single-family Residential) property as described below and located at 1908 W. 10 th St., City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri.

AN ORDINANCE  authorizing the approval of the 2022 Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) update detailing the safety processes and procedures for the City of Joplin, MO, Metro Area Public Transit System (MAPS) and Sunshine Lamp Trolley. This plan utilizes existing agency safety practices and Federal Transit Administration best practices to meet the regulations set in 49 CFR Part 673.

AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 2004-257, passed by the Council of the City of Joplin, Missouri, November 15, 2004, and adopting a new Zoning ordinance to be codified as Appendix 29 of the Joplin Municipal Code as amended.

A RESOLUTION    of the City of Joplin, Missouri, approving the final prioritized Community Project List in order to pursue various Federal, State and County grants and committing to the completion of the projects as set forth in the grant requirements, if awarded.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2022-141

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the acceptance of a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program (FAA-AIP) for the Terminal Area Master Plan Design Services at the Joplin Regional Airport and authorizing the City Manager or his Designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2022-142

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an agreement with McClanahan Construction Company Inc., in the amount of Four Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($494,000.00) for construction services associated with the Turkey Creek Wastewater Treatment South Sludge Thickener and Septage Receiving on behalf of the City of Joplin and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and, containing an emergency clause.
