AN ORDINANCE approving an Agreement between the City of Joplin, Missouri, and The Southwest Missouri Community Alliance that pertains to CDBG-CV public service grant funds; authorizing the City Manager to execute same on behalf of the City.

AN ORDINANCE    approving the City of Joplin to enter into a construction agreement with Marion Company, LLC DBA Construction Services Group in the amount of One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Seven and 00/100 Dollars, ($118,867.00) for the rehabilitation of Fire Station 3; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; amending the Annual Budget of the City of Joplin for the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 as adopted by Ordinance 2022-161 on October 17, 2022; and, containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE     approving the City of Joplin to enter into a construction agreement with G&G Construction Co. Inc. in the amount of One Hundred Sixteen Thousand One Hundred and 00/100 Dollars, ($116,100.00) for the Turkey Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Grit Auger Replacement; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and, containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE    authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an agreement with Infrastructure Solutions, Inc., in the amount of Three Million One Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand and Eighty and 00/100 Dollars ($3,167,080.00) for the Baker’s Branch East Wastewater Extension project; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving the contract by and between the City of Joplin and Freeman’s Landworxs LLC for the demolition of the structure(s) and clearing of a lot located at 1314 ½ S Byers Ave. in the City of Joplin, Missouri, for Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty dollars ($4,950.00); providing how the cost thereof shall be paid; how the assessment thereof shall be made; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving the contract by and between the City of Joplin and USA Demolition for the demolition of the structure(s) and clearing of a lot located at 1731 S Pennsylvania Ave. in the City of Joplin, Missouri, for Three Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Eight dollars ($3,898.00); providing how the cost thereof shall be paid; how the assessment thereof shall be made; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving the Second Amendment to the 32nd Street Place Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Plan; approving a Side Letter Agreement for the Implementation of Redevelopment Project 4; approving a Side Letter Agreement for the Implementation of Redevelopment Project 5; authorizing the City Manager to execute the Agreements on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving an Agreement and Work Authorization with Olsson in the not to exceed amount of Eight Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-One and 00/100 dollars ($863,731.00) for professional engineering services for the Main Street Streetscape 8th to 15th Street project and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin.
