Bullseye Convenience Store Robbery
Officers with the Joplin Police Department responded to a report of a robbery at the Bulls eye convenience store located at 901 N. Florida Ave. Joplin, MO. The robbery occurred around 7:19 P.M. on Thursday June 19, 2014. The suspect entered the store and selected some items and brought them to the counter. He then told the clerk to give him all of the money. At this time the suspect displayed a handgun. He left with an undetermined amount of cash.No shots were fired and no one was injured in this robbery.
The suspect is described as a white male, 6 foot to 6 foot, four inches tall and slender. He was wearing a dark ball cap, sunglasses, gray hoodie, and black pajama pants with red writing.
The suspect was last seen running across the parking lot. A K-9 track was started but the suspect was not located.

Pinnacle Bank Robbery
On May 2, 2014 at approximately 1:28PM a white male suspect entered Pinnacle Bank located at 1316 E. 32nd Street in Joplin. The suspect presented a note to the bank clerk and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money and left the area on foot. The suspect did not display a weapon and did not threaten the use of a weapon. Officers arrived in the area and attempted to locate the suspect, however, the suspect has not been located at this time.The suspect is described as a white male in his early 40’s, wearing a dark ball cap, a long sleeve brown shirt, and blue jeans. The suspect was between 5’06” and 5’07” and 160-170 pounds. He was also described as missing some front teeth.
The Joplin Investigations Bureau along with the FBI are currently investigating the case.
