The COVID-19 situation can be very stressful for many people, as it generates feelings of uncertainty and fear. There are ways that you can cope with stress to support yourself and those around you:
- Take breaks from media covering the pandemic
- Take care of your body (exercise, eat healthy foods, etc.)
- Spend time doing something you enjoy
- Connect with other people
