The Jasper County COAD’s (Community Organizations Active in Disaster) Long-Term Recovery Committee (LTRC)assigns Case Managers who work with families and individuals after insurance, FEMA, and other resources are exhausted to fill any unmet needs in the coming years.

The LTRC is a collaborative working group made up of disaster service and emergency management agencies, public, private, not-for-profit and faith-based organizations.
