Upcoming road closures to occur for various City projects

There will be lane closures on 7th Street at Connor Avenue from Wednesday, June 16th to Thursday, June 17th, for a street paving project. It is being done through MoDOT. Various surface drops on 7th Street are to be expected also. Motorists are advised to use caution and may want to seek an alternate route.

20th Street between Indiana and Connecticut will be closed to through traffic on June 23rd through June 24th, starting at 11:00pm on June 23rd. KANZA Construction will be replacing the railroad tracks in the area, and will be crossing 20th Street in completion of this project.
This is part of the Connecticut Street Overpass Project. It is anticipated that 20th Street will reopen by 3 pm on Thursday, June 24th. All businesses in this area will have public access during this project.
Detours will be posted. Motorists may wish to seek an alternate route.

McClelland Boulevard, between 26th Street and 30th Street, will be closed starting June 24th. This closure will be south of St. John’s Medical Center’s entrance. All businesses in this area will have public access during this project. This closure could take up to two weeks. Detours will be posted.
This work is in conjunction with the 30th and McClelland Blvd. Stormwater Project.
McClelland Blvd. will be open from July 2nd to July 6th for the holiday weekend, but may be reclosed after the holiday weekend if weather conditions delay the work. Motorists are asked to use caution and may wish to seek an alternate route.
