Stormwater work on 15th Street causes closure

The City of Joplin will be closing 15th Street, just east of Murphy Boulevard on Monday, May 17th to replace the box culvert under 15th Street.
This replacement is part of the 15th Street and Murphy Storm Sewer Project. Snyder Construction is the contractor on this project.
This closure could last up to three weeks. Detours will be posted. Motorists are asked to use caution and may wish to seek an alternate route.
