Brown Bag Lunch Bunch is back for 2010

The City of Joplin’s Parks and Recreation department is once again hosting the Brown Bag Lunch Bunch program, in conjunction with Main Street Joplin’s “3rd Thursday Events”. It will be held at 12 noon beginning on Thursday, May 20 at Spiva Park, located on the northeast corner of 4th and Main Street. Guests will enjoy performances by Mark and Sabrina Arbuckle (May 20), Jessica Plott and Students of Studio 312 (June 17), Robert Pommert (July 15), Max Barnett (August 19) and Lea Ingram (September 16). Patrons can bring their lunch or pick up their lunch on their way downtown at a nearby restaurant. Brown Bags are available at the Public Library, City Hall or Memorial Hall with coupons from various restaurants.
