Request to Address Council

  1. Persons wishing to address City Council regarding an issue not on the City Council meeting agenda should complete this form and submit it prior to the start of the city council meeting, which is 6:00 p.m. If you would like your request to be on the posted agenda, you must submit it prior to 12:00 pm on the Thursday before the council meeting. You also have the option of printing this form and emailing, faxing, mailing or hand-delivering the form to the City Clerk's office (alternative contact information located at the bottom of this form).

    At the council meeting, when your name is called, approach the podium and state your name and address clearly for the record. You will have five (5) minutes to give your comments.

  2. PLEASE NOTE: No outside electronic devices are allowed to be used on city equipment. If you need to present a visual or have handouts, you must bring your own hard copy of the materials. Please provide 12 copies.
