The Museum publishes a calendar each year highlighting images in Joplin from the past 50-plus years. All the images are part of the museum's outstanding collection of Murwin Mosler photographs. Mosler was a well-known, highly sought photographer for Joplin events in the mid to late 1900’s. His photos portray the history of Joplin, from business openings, weddings, to everyday activities. Upon Mosler’s death, the family graciously donated his photograph collection to the Museum.

The 2019 calendars are available for purchase for $10 at the Museum and make a great holiday gift.

Joplin was incorporated by the State of Missouri as a City on March 23, 1873.
