On May 24, 2014, Lt. Charla Geller will graduate from the 4th Missouri Police Chiefs Charitable Foundation Command College. Lt. Geller will be the fourth person from the Joplin Police Department to attend and graduate from this course of training.

This training provides law enforcement with the opportunity to receive official recognition and documentation for completing Command Level Training, over 300 hours of POST Continuing Education and the option to obtain a Master’s Degree in SOC/CJ from Lincoln University which is accredited by the North Central Accreditation Association.

There were twenty law enforcement officers that attended the Command College which represented 15 different agencies in Missouri.

We are very proud of Lt. Geller’s accomplishment.
