Connor Ave. in the City of Joplin, Missouri, for Four Thousand One Hundred Twenty-one and 00/100 Dollars ($4,121.00); providing how the cost thereof shall be paid; how the assessment thereof shall be made; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving a Program Services Contract by and between the State of Missouri, Department of Health and Senior Services, and the City of Joplin, Missouri, for a term commencing July 1, 2021 and running through June 30, 2023, for the amount of up to Four Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand, Three Hundred Forty-Seven Dollars and No Cents ($422,347.00), to enable the Health Department to provide COVID-19 activities and response to the residents of Joplin, authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin, Missouri; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE    approving the Real Estate Contract by and between the City of Joplin, Missouri, a Municipal Corporation, and Joplin Area Habitat for Humanity, for the sale of one parcel at 226 North Byers Avenue, totaling approximately 6,250 square feet of land; and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE    approving the Real Estate Contract by and between the City of Joplin, Missouri, a Municipal Corporation, and Patterson Collaborative, LLC., for the sale of four parcels at the northeast corner of Broadway and School, 1109 Broadway, 1111 Broadway and east of 1111 Broadway, totaling approximately 18,500 square feet of land; and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

Council Bill No. 2021-167 authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an agreement with CableRunner USA, LLC, for the purpose of CableRunner installing, maintaining, and operating facilities for communications related capabilities within the City's Rights-of-Way and ensuring compliance with the City's requirements of such use of City property; and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2021-168

Council Bill No. 2021-168 authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an agreement with CableRunner USA, LLC, for the purpose of CableRunner installing, maintaining, and operating facilities for communications related capabilities within the City's underground sanitary sewer and stormwater systems and ensuring compliance with the City's requirements of such use of City property; and authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2021-173

AN ORDINANCE     approving the City of Joplin to enter into a construction agreement with Blevins Asphalt Construction Company Inc. in the not to exceed amount amount of One Million, Nine Hundred Ninety-One Thousand, Two Hundred Sixty-Four and 67/100 Dollars, ($1,991,264.67) for the Mill and Overlay 2022 project; and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin.

AN ORDINANCE approving an Agreement between the City of Joplin, Missouri, and the Homeless Coalition that pertains to 2021 CDBG public service grant funds; authorizing the City Manager to execute same on behalf of the City.
