AN ORDINANCE approving a construction agreement with D & E Plumbing & Heating Inc. in the not to exceed amount of One Hundred Seventy-eight Thousand, Four Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($178,400.00) for the 44th & Virginia Force Main Replacement project; and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving a Program Services Contract by and between the State of Missouri, Department of Health and Senior Services, and the City of Joplin, Missouri, for a term commencing October 1, 2019 and running through September 30, 2020, for the amount of up to Five Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Sixty-Two Dollars and no Cents ($579,862.00), to enable the Health Department to provide nutritional assistance and education to residents of Jasper County, authorizing the City Manager to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin, Missouri; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into a Pharmaceutical Services Agreement by and between the City of Joplin, Missouri, and ScriptClaim Systems, LLC, a MO LLC, operating a full service pharmaceutical operation at Walmart and Walmart Neighborhood Market locations, providing generally for the utilization of Walmart and Walmart Neighborhood Market Locations pharmacies as the City Health Department’s pharmaceutical provider; and authorizing the City Manager of the City of Joplin, Missouri, to execute the same by and on the behalf of the City of Joplin, Missouri; and containing an emergency clause.
